SeguridadPro will not be liable for damages or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, misuse of the systems, failures in third-party services (such as monitoring or connectivity), or acts of force majeure. Our maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

The designs, plans, and documentation provided are the property of SeguridadPro and are licensed for the exclusive use of the client. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the provision of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms, notifying changes on our website. Either party may terminate the service agreement for a material breach by the other party, following written notice and an opportunity to remedy.
